I’m a project manager and consultant with experience spanning traditional and digital media. My well-rounded skills were honed working for non-profit, public, and private clients in a variety of roles, giving me a unique perspective on projects.

Project Management of web development projects for financial, legal, manufacturing and healthcare clients. Also responsible for helping clients document project requirements and suggesting additional projects based on client needs.

Project Manager and Digital Business Analyst, Aware, June 2018 – Sept 2019

Responsible for helping to document requirements and managing the overall execution of web development initiatives for financial, legal, healthcare, manufacturing and higher education/nonprofit clients from conception through final delivery.

Digital Project Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, Purrly Digital (formerly Maje Media), Jan. 2017 – Jan. 2018

Responsible for managing the overall execution of web and app development initiatives for Purrly Digital (Maje Media) clients from conception through final delivery. This included writing client proposals, creating and managing project plans, tracking project timelines, maintaining status reports, coordinating internal resources and external partners, and planning and tracking budgets. I was also in charge of scheduling, general coordination, daily communication, project documentation and client support. Additionally, I managed  brand strategy, marketing and communications projects, content strategy, social media, and provided billable expertise on client projects.

Internal project manager for agency website redesign, including strategic planning, content development (writing, photography, video), and user experience, coordinating the internal team and external partners. Also responsible for internal and external communications and brand strategies, media relations, event planning, developing policies and procedures, graphic design, digital strategy, and print projects.

Web Content Coordinator, Marketing and Publications Coordinator, Minneapolis Community and Technical College, Aug. 2011 – Nov. 2015

Managed content on the college website, researched and delivered content improvements and unique landing pages to increase traffic, leads, and conversions based on analytics. Also developed processes and managed projects, budgets, timelines, and progress, acting as a primary internal client contact and working closely with teams to implement a new brand and multi-channel marketing plans for college initiatives, services, and programs. Worked with representatives from various departments and committees to plan, manage and assist with dozens of events each year including anniversary events, open houses, fundraising and scholarship events, workshops, and press events with VIP attendees.
