Minneapolis Community and Technical College

In this fast-paced environment, I managed content on the college website, researching and delivering content improvements and unique landing pages to increase traffic, leads, and conversions based on analytics. I also developed processes and managed projects, budgets, timelines, and progress, acting as a primary internal client contact and working closely with teams to implement multi-channel marketing plans for college initiatives, services, and programs. As an additional responsibility, I worked with representatives from various departments and committees to plan, manage and assist with dozens of events each year including anniversary events, open houses, fundraising and scholarship events, workshops, and press events with VIP attendees.
